Skelly & Investigative Report [CA]
Curious how many of you are including the investigative report as a part of your notice of intent to discipline? It seems like a lot of public employers don’t attach them, but Skelly rights requires that everything the discipline is based on be included in the packet.
Thoughts on why you do or don’t include them?
