Can’t seat engine mount bolt
Hello! I’ve just spent the past 2.5 hours installing crash bars on my 2024 Tenere 700 and can’t get this final engine mount bolt in. It goes in 1/4 of the way and gets impossible to turn. I don’t want to force it in case I wreck the threads but I suspect the engine has dropped slightly while both engine mounting bolts were removed from that side (this was done as per the SW Motech instructions).
The two bolts on the other side and the other bolt on the same side all went in easy with no issues. If anyone has a solution please let me know and thanks in advance!
