It's this game where there is states of USA and where you can build stuff with objects and monsters that are blue and purple with cartoony eyes and they can also eat fruit. I remember vividly that it was on a Apple device, and it had grass, and blue skys in the background. If someone can help me find this game I would like to play it again, I don't know the name of it but I'll tell if its the one I'm looking for.

(It has bouncy balls that are rubber bands I think that were colorful ones or plain rubber bands on the ball.)
