Car detailing Job Advice

Hey , guys came here because i'm debating on this. I started car detailing a couple months ago, and I've been doing pretty good so far.And I've gotten good experience, but I've been trying to take it a step higher and get actual professional experience. So I applied at a couple places and I have a second interview with carmax next week, and they told me that I'll be doing overnight shift four days a week , ten hours a day with three days off, i'll be making roughly thirty two hundred a month paid by weekly , and i'm wondering if this will be worth it i just turned nineteen , and I live in a place where rent isnt super high thankfully. Is this a realistic job that I could take if I wanted to also start my own detailing business? Also does the pay seem worth it? Apparently the pay isn't hourly. It's by the car and i'm told on average 2 to 3 cars are done a night
