How do I [18M] get my bestfriend's [18F] attention?
Hi, I'm just here to ask for some advice on what to do.
I met her 6 months ago and fell in love with her immediately, at least what I deem as love from what I know. I have been bestfriends with her since, calling at least 2 times a week, hanging out with our friend group on weekends, and texting almost every day. She found out I had a crush on her before around 3 months ago and apologized for leading me on and desperately wanted to stay friends. I tried my best to move until our friends told me she was interested in me. The spark was lit again for me and while one of my old friends ruined it because he was interested in her and got jealous of her interest in me, I haven't lost my feelings for her.
Everytime we hangout I wear my best outfits and try to be myself as much as possible in hopes that she'll be interested again. I celebrate she texts me, I melt when she smiles at me, and despite her being a very reserved person who's not big on touching, shes cried on my shoulder, hugs me, fixes my collar, and wipes off my face when I have dirt on it.
She's scared of relationships because she doesn't want to get physical until marriage and in my previous relationship I had gotten physical, but that's not what I'm interested in. She's beautiful and very easily could be a model, but the most attractive part is her personality.
How do I get her attention again and make it clear that I don't want anything physical from her, simply rather be her boyfriend stressing the friend part?
