Whats the best form of getting clients for everyone?
Im sure most of us are doing the same stuff, ads, flyers, door to door. What actually works well though for you guys?

I swear the clients who negotiate the hardest are somehow the ones who expect the most.
You knock $30 off to close the job, and suddenly they’re inspecting baseboards with a flashlight, adding “quick” extras, texting you pictures afterward, and expecting things that were never included in the clean.
Meanwhile, the clients who barely question the price are usually the easiest. They pay, let you do your job, and are happy when it’s done.
I’ve started thinking that someone aggressively negotiating before you’ve even cleaned their house is one of the biggest red flags.
My staff went in and did the job, now I admit it’s my fault for not asking how bad the situation was and also for not getting pictures(I normally do).
But the staff said they did as best as they could and I do trust them cause they been working with for a while. They said they did the job as best as they could and most of it was done. Client had other things to say. The job was nearly 550$ and I pay my staff just over half of that. However the client refused to pay anything at all. Not only that but they said if we tried to get the money out of them or annoy them for it they would review bomb or leave lots of negative reviews on my company. For the time being I had to pay my staff out of pocket but I’m not sure what to do about the client. I guess I take this is as a learning lesson and move on and take the hit. I was hoping that they would give some amount if not the entire thing at least but they wouldn’t even negotiate they were pure stubborn. Mind you the staff was there for several hours so a lot of hr work did get done but yeh. It is what it is I suppose.
I noticed the Flock camera at our neighborhood entrance and asked who can actually access the footage. I honestly assumed it was just police, but apparently HOAs/property managers can have access depending on how it’s set up. Now I’m wondering how many residents even know who can search their plates. Has anyone actually asked their HOA about this?
Whats the fastest way and most efficient way to grow a community on facebook?
I noticed a new camera at the entrance to my neighborhood and had no clue what it was, so I looked into it. Turns out it’s a Flock camera that tracks license plates of cars coming in and out.
What makes it even more uncomfortable is that it’s pointed almost directly at my house. I have a family here, so knowing there’s a camera facing our home definitely feels a little weird.
Is this normal? or am I overthinking it? Not too sure on what to do.
I run ads to get leads(meta ads) and i think my ads are not too bad i got lot of leads in a month maybe around 80-100 leads for like 600$. But my closing rate is awful like i closed maybe 7-8 of those, some of them didnt respond, while others low balled on pricing. Upon that I have to pay my staff too. So by the time the job finishes, i spent money on ads to get the job and then paying the staff, and often the jobs are small like 1 bed and 1 bath apartment more or less so i barely make any money and always stressing out on managing. What am i doing wrong or how can I actually fix my work flow.

The weirder part is that its pointed almost directly at my house. I have a family living here too, so obviously that makes me a little more uncomfortable about it.
I checked old HOA emails and couldn’t find anything about it being installed, and few neighbors I asked had no idea either.
