Watching the new netflix documentary made me follow the route myself on google maps, and I even found this image online of the locations. It seems to always be said that Jackie Huett and Ted Wieher were found 20 miles from the car, but by looking at maps online, its actually 10 if they follow the road, and 5ish if they go as the crow flies. Why is this? Am I missing something, or is this something that has always just been reported wrong? I don't think this will change anything about the case, I just think it's a little confusing that everyone says it's 20 miles when it doesn't appear to be

Trying to upgrade my 3070ti, as I recently moved to a 2k monitor and I want to offset the fps hit I’ve taken from this in games like KCD2 - 75ish fps to 45-60 fps

3070ti
32gb ram

Does anyone have any suggestions for where to go from here? £600 second hand is really the top of the budget, the 3070ti was £500ish new so I thought I’d just get the 50 series one as an upgrade just to find out the price has almost doubled. I’ve had AMD cards before so I’m not adverse to them, I just don’t understand the hierarchy like I do with nvidia cards.

Can anyone recommend an upgrade, or explain the price difference between the 9070xt and a 5070ti? From what I can tell they get the same performance, but ones £250 more. Am I missing something here?
