Best location to build?
Where should I build? I'm looking at purchasing this 10 acre property and just need some hivemind help.
GENERAL NOTES
The purple box is the property line. There's a pond in the top right quadrant and some small trees scattered throughout, but it is mostly flat farmland.
NORTHERN BORDER
Small shop and then some houses just above the picture. Would like to stay away from that.
EASTERN BORDER
This is all sloped forest - I don't have any big worries about people moving in there.
SOUTHERN BORDER
Remaining farmland with the smaller pond is owned by the family who owns the house in the bottom right.
WESTERN BORDER
Main road
Any thoughts?
