Hello, my father have a ms 170 he fuelled it but when doing a test to see if it turned on properly without problem it accelerated to the maximum kept on going and impossible to turn it off by the button, he had to open it and stop it himself. He looked inside and it seems the control shaft might be the problem. Here's the photo I took, sorry if it's not good. Could someone help repair it? I thank y'all in advance

I don't need a gold one or something the basic one will suffice I just want the style for the mech. Here my humble collection, hope something is valuable enough.
