First time at Le Bernardin - question

I’ll be dining at Le Bernardin for their Lunch Prix Fixe next month, first time ever at any Michelin star rated restaurant. I know food pretty well but I trust a Michelin star chef over my own palette. Would it be frowned upon or seen as odd or fussy in any way if I asked our server to surprise me with whatever selections from the prix fixe the chef wants to prepare (sans anything with a supplemental cost)?

As someone who loves to cook, I would see something like this as a compliment for giving the chef an opportunity to prepare what they love to make, but on the other hand, I can see this as being an annoyance for asking the chef to do my thinking for me.

Maybe I’m overthink the whole thing.
