I have recently swapped my U1 nozzles with hardened steel aftermarket nozzles. While they look identical to OEM in every way (except the steel difference), I find my nozzles bouncing around +-3° during printing.. much more than before the swap.
I’m familiar with klipper and have done many PID calibrations on my other machines but have yet to on the U1. Curious if anyone has tried this out and if its made improvements in temperature stability?
