Yall is being a part time support lead worth it? My boss told me there’s gonna be an open position for two PTSL and he was asking if I was interested. At first I was really interested in taking the position because he said I’ll get a raise but I found out it’s only a 0.50 cent raise??
So now i’m not sure if I even wanna take the position. Do PT support leads get more hours than regular crew members? Right now I’m only getting 12 hours a week max, will I get more if I take the position?
