Looking for advice about replacing head gaskets
So, long story short, I currently have the motor removed from my 2000 S10 2.2. Gonna be replacing the oil pump, and while it's out, resealing the valve cover and timing cover. The guy working on it with me suggested possibly doing the head gasket as well. Truck has around 97k on it, should I go ahead and replace the head gasket? Any significant risks?
