Hi! (26F, diagnosed endo) I'm looking for some good recommended e-stims (I don't buy from amazon). I have had some inexpensive ones in the past but they kept breaking for some reason. I want to find one that will last and I want to make sure it has the pulsing option that helps break up the pain cycle. And I need it to be portable for on-the-go. My NSAIDS have not been doing a good enough job for the pain as they did in the past. I keep trying different ones to no avail. Thanks in advance for any recommendations!

Hi, as the title asks, I was wondering if y'all knew why a song sparrow has been attacking my window screen the past couple days? This has never happened last 20+ years we've lived here lol. And it's specifically the screen on one widow, and not even the more reflective side of the window. I did get a full window decal to cover both sides of the window to stop the reflection, but I still have to put it up, need to clean up all the poo first.
