I have a friend (14M) who, a couple of weeks ago, started dating someone at school (12F). When they first told me, I was immediately pretty shocked. They said it was a two year age gap, but something about it seems really fishy to me. They said it was just a two year age gap, and there's nothing wrong about it because they bet I wouldn't bat an eye if a 34 year old was dating a 32 year old, but idk, I feel like these are two ages where potential grooming can happen. I was never really on good terms with my friend anyways, and this situation made me feel a bit off. I just wanted your guys' opinions on this and if you think I'm overreacting or not.
