Ive been noticing ever since I got a buzzcut how much dandruff I had, and so I started using my shampoo more often, though i got to the point where daily use wasn't enough. I would wash my hair in the afternoon, and by night, there was still dandruff. I finally looked more in detail at my shampoo (for context, im a teenager, my mom bulk orders hygiene products off of Amazon, i didnt just buy it without looking), and turns out its a 2 in1 dandruff shampoo and conditioner with pyrithione zinc. Now, I just dont know what the best way to proceed is to stop the dandruff. Should I slowly use it less or just go straight into like, once weekly use? Should I slowly introduce a new shampoo? Also, I haven't really put any conditioner (except the 2 in 1 apparently) since like I said, my hair is buzzed, amd I dont want conditioner to be close to the scalp and build up. Sorry if any of this seems foolish or obvious, I really have no idea how to take care of my scalp or hair
