All my cables have 2 ends which one actually goes into the motherboard

My pc won’t turn on and it keeps flashing here and sometimes being fully lit also . Tested psu and that seems to be working fine it’s been working for 4 years then all of a sudden watching YouTube it just went fully off to not turn back on any ideas on what it could be
