Hello guys, I have a general question regarding to our backlog. I saw someone talking about how the visa cap works but I'm still unsure.

Keep in mind that I am an applicant from one of the "All Country" EB-4 Category but not from the Northern Triangle countries (e.g. El Salvador),

With that being said, will I generally get my green card sooner than the ones from those countries even though I am inside the backlog? Since not a lot of people from my country knew this path and that only a few applied for it.
