No defered action

Hey man, my 360 was approved on May 15, 2026, a few days ago. Today, I went to my lawyer’s office to pick up my 360 letter, and she informed me that, due to a new policy, we can no longer file Form G325A separately after May 10. There is any chance now i can get defered action seperately in mail after some time because i am under old policy i filed my 360 petition on 1 november 2025 please tell me i am very confused.

Help with case

In October of 2025, my application for deferred action was denied despite having SIJ approval. I'm about to graduate high school and am desperate. Should I try to send another application? I heard that if you do that, they might summon you to immigration court. I was also told I could try to write to my senators (I live in Florida btw). An immigration lawyer I talked to told me that there was about a 3 year wait to apply for a green card. Does anybody have any advice or suggestions?

DA

Hey, what’s good guys. So my lower already send my i360, before may 10th. So that’s mean they’ll judge my case with the 2022 politics, right? I move to USA when I was 18, alone, without my parents. W visa. I don’t have any family or friends here to support me. So do u guys think I can get the work permit and social? I’m 20 now.

Deferred Action Granted!✨

I finally get deferred action After one year with an approved juvenil visa, without Deferred Action

Time Line!
- Approved without DA ( April 30 ,2025)
- Letter Received for Biometrics from Sijs ( April 13,2026)
- Appointment (April 27 , 2026)
- Approved Deferred Action ( May 14, 2026!)

I still have to go through the step of applying for the permit, but I'm excited—I've been in this country for five years, and I'm so close now.😭😭😭

Second RFE after almost two years

Help please!! I have a pending I485 (SIJS/EB4) case and I just received a second RFE request. The question is that I already sent a RFE back in July 2024, 3 days later they put my case as pending. The RFE was for my medicals and I responded within the timeframe, everything good, even my lawyer said the next step would be the approval. Anyway, I received this request today and I am panicking about what it could possibly be. Anyone has any idea??? I did move out of state recently with my boyfriend but I did let my lawyer know and he handled that. I am freaking out PLEASE HELP THANK YOU

Sijs g325a

Has anyone here applied for Deferred Action through this form G325A and already received a response? How long did the process take for you, and was it worth applying? I’d really appreciate hearing about your experience.

Deferred Action Granted!

My SIJ deferred action was granted on May 6, 2026 and I got the notice in the mail today. I did my biometrics on May 4, so it only took about a week after that.

My I-360 was approved about a year ago, then I got an automatic biometrics appointment, completed it, and USCIS sent the deferred action right after.

Really grateful for this step. Thanks to USCIS for giving law abiding folks a chance to work hard and build a better future. Now onto applying for my work permit.

Can deferred action still be filed after may?

So i have heard all kinda news from people but i what i have seen and read on the verified immigration forums that 10 may is not the deadline for G-325A it was actually the deadline for filing I-360 to be considered. Like i have heard people from april to june are getting their biometrics appointments automatically but like my 360 was approved august 2025 so what should i do right now, shall i file the deferred action myself with g325 or wait for USCIS to automatically consider me?
