My friend applied for g325A and work permit together it’s been 40 days and he only got receipt notice for work permit yet but nothing for g325a(deferred action) now he has biometric for work permit but now we are worried about g325a and going to biometrics. Please give some advice if somebody had same experience that will give relief a lot
Hello guys how are you today my friend got receipt notice for i765 but he sent i765 and g325a together so will he get receipt number for g325a too and he got receipt notice within a month many people getting it after 45 days so is it concerning or it’s normal?
Hey guys how u all doing.. I talked to a lawyer about deferred action like my i360 was granted in June 2025 last year but after June 6 memo and lawyer said they are sending biometric letter to April 2025 approvals now and for me it may take some time and he said I can apply G325A to get it early but I think if we apply G325A they might send NTA. What do you guys think will they send biometrics letters to them whose i360 was granted after June 6 or they will just give to before June 6 approvals and what should we do now… please let each other know thank you 🙏
