First is native Xbox resolution and the second is lowest resolution!

Controls are all messed up though and I accidentally set the controller preset to 2 so it's even more confusing lol!!

However the fact that it runs at all is insane! However it seems to crash after a while no matter what :/

Not sure how you can disable the trial version because there isn't a notepad here but oh well!

Hey guys, this is basically a follow up of my last post where I tried to downgrade Minecraft to an older version of LCE but every time I tried it it still installed the newest version.

My mistake was that I deleted my disk game and inserted the disk BEFORE I connected my PS4 to the proxy.

⚠️This works for digital games too!

⚠️ Keep in mind you need a Windows Laptop/Computer or a MacBook. I don't think it works that well on Android and it's also not recommended by the creator.

⚠️This works on both PS4 and PS5 but only for PS4 games!!

So here's a step-by-step guide on what to do:

1. Install RewindPS4 on your PC and open it and allow it to run without Windows Defender restrictions.

2. On your PS4/PS5, remove the disk of your game if you haven't already and then delete your game (don't worry you won't lose your progress) BUT DO NOT reinsert the disk yet!

If you don't have a disk then just delete the game!

3. On your PC go to https://orbispatches.com/ and on the searchbar type in the name of game you want to install. Now, most likely your game will show up twice or thrice but that's because each version is for different regions.

Orbispatches have a white label under each game that says "EU", "US", "AS" etc. It also has the CUSA code (CUSA-XXXXX) which helps you find out what region your disk is. You want to choose the right version for your region.

Now typically this is just the region you bought your disk in but just to be sure pick up your disk and on the cover there should be its CUSA code somewhere. For example, since I'm in Europe and I bought my Minecraft disk here, when I checked the disk it had "CUSA-00265" on it. After checking Orbispatches I confirmed that I did have the European version.

So now after you click the right version you should see a list of patches. Scroll until you find the patch you want and then click details and a window should pop up with various information. Somewhere it should say Raw URL. Click on it and it'll bring you to another website, copy the full URL of that website.

4. Now go back to the RewindPS4 app and click Mode 1. A box should appear under the Modes section, that's where you'll paste the link you copied. If the URL is correct then the game icon and version should appear. You can now start the Proxy but before you do that make sure your PC is connected to the same Network your PS4/PS5 is connected to.

5. Back on your PS4/PS5 connect to the proxy, it should give you an IP Address and Port!

On PS4 go to Network Settings, Set Up Internet Connection, Use Wi-Fi (LAN works too), but then choose Custom!

Leave the IP address settings to automatic, DHCP - do not specify, DNS - Automatic, MTU - Automatic but when the Proxy Server setting comes up press Use. Enter the IP Address and Port you see on the RewindPS4 app and connect, it should work! If it doesn't connect just try it again as when the same happened to me, it worked the second time without me changing anything!

On PS5 once again go to Network, Settings, Set Up Internet Connection, Advanced Settings, set the Proxy Server to Use and enter the IP Address and Port that's on the RewindPS4 app then connect!

6. Now insert your disk and it should download the correct version. It'll say it's downloading the latest patch, but it should be downloading the patch you want. A way to tell if it is downloading the correct patch is looking at the size. An older patch should be significantly lighter than the newer one. (However the are exceptions to this like with Subnautica, if you want to downgrade a game like that there's a difference processing and I'll link the guide below).

If you have a digital game either go to the PS Store or your library and start downloading the game from there!
