
Shout-out to amazing support!
After dealing with the aqua 10 for a new months I just bit the bullet and got a x60, upon moving my aqua 10 I discovered it had the dreaded base station leak (not dramatic enough to notice without lifting the base). Contacted support they offered a repair which was obviously not something that would benefit me, after some back and forth we agreed to a partial refund. I was well past the return period and wasn't really expecting anything but they came through. I know there's a lot of negativity here surrounding support, but with a little bit of patience they are awesome. I will absolutely be a Dreame customer for the foreseeable future
