Questions about experiences with 18:6 fasting
I just got done with my water fast and will be doing 18:6 moving forward starting in a few days. I will be focusing on lunch as my main meal, and plan to have my eating window from 11am to 5pm.
*What is your eating window? Why?
*Do you snack during the 6 hours?
*Do you tend to eat the same meals daily?
*Please share any information you think might be important to know for weight-loss. I still have 60 pounds to lose before hitting my GW! Lost 29 during my fast.
