Questions about experiences with 18:6 fasting

I just got done with my water fast and will be doing 18:6 moving forward starting in a few days. I will be focusing on lunch as my main meal, and plan to have my eating window from 11am to 5pm.
*What is your eating window? Why?
*Do you snack during the 6 hours?
*Do you tend to eat the same meals daily?
*Please share any information you think might be important to know for weight-loss. I still have 60 pounds to lose before hitting my GW! Lost 29 during my fast.

Today is the day I’m breaking my 40 day fast

Listed below is my (NEW) plan. Thank you so much for all the help! 🤍

Day 1 and 2 broth only. Having my second cup right now, and it’s GLORIOUS!!! 🤤🤤🤤

Day 3 and 4 blended soups (zucchini and squash with broth), a little sauerkraut and watermelon chopped and chewed really well. Sauerkraut and watermelon enjoyed separately of course, that would be gross. 🤣

Day 5-7 whole foods: steamed veggies (zucchini, and squash) avocado, meat (chicken, and cod), jammy eggs 😋 and greek yogurt. All VERY small amounts, not everything all on the same day, and meals spaced out over 3 to 4 hours.

Made the wrong decision!

I’m 38 days into a 40 day water fast and I haven’t been hungry since day 9 or 10… maybe. I don’t even think about food and haven’t in a long time. That was until today. OMG did I mess up! I’m SO HUNGRY because I decided to see if I could still jog like I use to 10 years ago. Good news, I can… woohoo! Go me!! 🤣 Bad news, OMG I’m my stomach is making all kinds of weird noises, I of course am drinking my water with my electrolytes but I’m so hungry!!! 😝 July 1st can’t come fast enough, I will be enjoying some low sodium broth then in a few hours I will get to have a VERY small amount of jammy eggs, avocado and mixed with some plain greek yogurt. No more jogging until after my fast is done! 😆

38 days into a 40 day water fast and wanted to get back into jogging

I have been walking but this morning was my first time going for a jog in 10 years. It went better than expected, it could have been worse! 🤣 I joined this sub, because soon I will be eating food again, and I will be focusing on clean eating and woking on building my endurance again. 10 years ago, I was running up to 6 miles, now I will be HYPED when I’m able to complete my first mile. 😆 Just looking for support, suggestions, and accountability. ☀️

25 days/40 days

So far so good!! I’m down 22.8 pounds. I did not exercise the first half of my fast, I wanted my body to acclimate and adjust to only having water, no food. Now I’m walking a mile and half sometimes three miles each day and that is really helping with my sleep and weight loss.☀️

Hit 72 hours! 🤯

I’m super hyped I made it 3 days on water only. 72 hours was my original goal, but I feel great mentally and physically (down 4.1 pounds) I’m going to keep going! Anything past 72 hours is pure willpower… let’s do this! 🥰☀️🙌🏻🙏🏻
