I'll keep this simple. I'm interested in debating and learning various perspectives regarding what people believe evil to be. My thesis is Evil is the willful misalignment from God's will. The below is a syllogism sharing the premises I use to reach this conclusion.

P1: Revelation from God defines what evil is.

P2: Evil is defined as willfully turning away from God.

P3: Willful misalignment from truth is the core definition.

Conclusion 1: Evil is willful misalignment.
