Weight going up and down
Weight yo-yoing?
Hey there, just curious if anyone else has experience like losing a lot of weight and then seemingly I guess plateauing, but not just plateauing but like yo-yoing back and forth a few pounds like I'm constantly fluctuating between 115 and 118 lbs 5'2 and can't seem to get lower then that. I'm 9 months post partum so maybe it's just a time thing. I'm ideally wanting to lose 5 more lbs but my body seems to not be doing that anymore. I walk a ton everyday, go to the gym once a week, care for a 2 and half year old and 9 month old, do some at home workouts (when I have time lol) and am eating in a calorie defecit. Lots of protein. Just abit confused I guess and was wondering if others have had the same experience? Trying to lose abit more weight and then gain more muscle.
