Replaced the turbo last week, changed banjo bolts, crush washers, oil feed, return and new turbo. Flush of oil no sludge etc. filled it back up, drove it for a few days no issues. Yesterday my partner sent me this video of the turbo and increase in noise from that area. Loss of power and felt sluggish.

Any ideas. TIA
