Starfield of Nyx makes your enchantments (except for Auras) creatures in addition to being an enchantment, as long as you control five or more enchantments. The creature then has base power and toughness equal to their CMC.

So what happens with Room Enchantments? Does it matter if the rooms are unlocked or not (I would guess so)? Do you add up the CMC of each door of the room? So i.e. Moldering Gym (3)/Weight Room (6) - if fully unlocked - would be a 9/9 Enchantment Creature? Does it change its power and toughness when unlocking a door?

I found no ruling with Starfield of Nyx or with the description of Rooms, or maybe I skipped something, so I'd be happy for input on this :).
