Small space with big ambitions - my 1.2x1.4m endgame rig

Hope this is inspiring to some who have a setup similar to my previous NLR GT Lite Pro & Monitor Stand Lite.

I have always thought aluminium profile rigs with triple monitors were too big and cumbersome so they wouldn’t fit in the small space I have for a rig, but I was wrong.

My previous GT Lite Pro setup was about 1.8m in length, and the 44” flat 32:9 ultrawide monitor was 1.09m in width. It was too long so I had to partially fold the GT Lite Pro when not in use.

My new rig is about 1.4m in length (the base is 1.2m + overhang from the inverted pedal mount & reclined bucket seat) and with 27” triples angled in at 70 degrees, it’s only a bit wider at 1.2m in width.

Huge increase in horizontal FOV from 85 degrees to 160 degrees and a reduction in footprint from 1.96m2 with the foldable rig to 1.68m2 with the profile rig.
