Hey everyone, I am a first year associate and tax season is over. How do I fake work? What do you put on the time sheets? Literally fuck all to do right now and the partners are swamped. I’ve done all they gave me which was 400ish returns.
I’m considering leaving the company in the next 2-3 months because of the toxic small business environment. I’m pretty sure my “manager” is looking at my timesheet. I called off sick the past 2 days and didn’t tell her(told the partners, because I only have work with them). Anyways she seemed to care a lot about it. TLDR; I think people are looking at time sheets and there’s nothing to do on my end.
