Please Help! We have a giant Costco bag of these frozen Fire Roasted Root Vegetables from Puravida. We tried air frying as per the instructions, but it turned out both undercooked and burnt... Any suggestions of something tasty and easy to cook? I figured this group has a lot of experience making something work with giant quantities of frozen veg. The struggle for me is that it's all seasoned. Thank you!
