black band/bands appear for a fraction of a second, after a few seconds or up to a minute. I have tried updating my drivers, but this didn't resolve the issue. This mostly happens when the RTX 4060 is in use. Also, my GPU temperature never goes above 80. This is happening on Windows 11.
