Cookie Monster (Oreo & Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough) Cake
It's a birthday cake for my wife. An Oreo white mountain cake with [pasteurized] cookie dough, Oreo-coffee German buttercream and dark chocolate ganache. Served with her favorite ice cream. Her review was that the cake needed more Oreo pieces. 😅 I didn't intentionally set out make it tall, I just made too much of each component and just decided to use it all anyway!
