I recently saw [this](https://postimg.cc/nMjch0BS) graphic as well as [this](https://www.reddit.com/r/dataisbeautiful/s/l3RdMfmjct) and [this](https://www.instagram.com/p/DSn47obDvU9/) one. Clearly Iowa is producing NFL talent at well above their recruiting rankings. This is generally attributed to development, but that doesn’t make sense to me. Every team is going hard in the weight room. It’s really hard for me to believe that Iowa’s staff found a magic combination of exercise that produce NFL talent from 2 star recruits and no one else figured it out. My assumption is that their recruiting staff is doing an uncommonly good job finding and identifying players with the potential to be elite athletes in small midwestern towns. What do the rest of you think? Does Iowa do a better job developing talent than other schools or are they doing a better job finding the talent?
