Hi, I have done 2 IUI procedures and am going to start my third cycle.
For the first IUI I took trigger shot on day 12 10.30 am and did the procedure on day 13 at 11.30 am. I did the procedure in 25 hours after the trigger shot. My follicle was 18 mm.
Second IUI procedure I took trigger shot at day 12 at 10.30 pm and did the IUI procedure on day 14 at 1 pm. Here I did the procedure in 39 hours after the trigger shot. My follicle size was 21 mm.
Give your opinion on the best timing that is suitable for the IUI procedure. The reason both my IUI had a time difference was because Sunday my clinic is closed. So either it's done too early or late.
What I assume is both are clinically accepted but I am worried if the timing is off. Maybe if I had it done in 30 - 34 hours I would be in a good spot.
