Facebook just suspended my account for two times this week only without any reason

My Facebook is suspended again for the second time for "being associated with other person" which is not mine already nor I know, it will take again a day but I fear that it will took again weeks or months until it is suspended for good, do you know any ways how to directly contact Facebook on this, because this is already a not good way since two times already they disabled my account first for no reason, then second for this one which is I do not have any idea where they get. I have a friend that have a same situation of this six months ago that he waited until the appeal didn't being lifted until his account is permanently banned.
Do you know any contact on Facebook that can I send this concert? I hope you do have to help me here. Thank you.
