Facebook disabled my account, I NEED to get it back

Facebook disabled my entire Facebook account because one of my pages didn’t follow community guidelines. That’s fine and I’m OK with the choice to disable that particular page, but they also disabled my personal account along with my construction companies page. Because they’ve deleted my construction company page, my livelihood is now gone, I have no way of making a living or making money. I can’t even begin to express how much I’m freaking out right now. I need some sort of help or someway to speak to a real person at Meta. Has anyone else gone through an issue like this and resolved it? I’ve tried to appeal the decision and it failed. However, the appeal was for that other particular page that didn’t follow community guidelines. I don’t understand why it didn’t give me that option for my personal page. I cannot get into the account now.

Facebook Unoriginal Content Demonetized Me and Live Agent Cant Do Anything

August 14, 2026 when my earnings and views started spiking, I suddenly received this unoriginal content on my last 12 videos straight!. Those videos are heavily edited by me.

First Attempt: I contacted the support and ask for a live agent but transferred me into the email support instead and says that my page will be reviewed again By November (3months).

Second Attempt: So I created another support ticket and this time I successfully escalated this to the technical recommendation team. I talked to a live agent and reviewed my reels and says he will create a documentation here and forward me to the monetization team. but while waiting for the agent, the chat suddenly closes and says go back to the first attempt as there was an open ticket. (im back to square 1)

Third Attempt: I talked to a level 1 support agent that follows the book and just told me to keep posting. She was not aware of the violation end date. Why would I continue posting without being recommended and monetized? lol. She proceeds to escalate this into the technical team again, and while I was waiting for the review, the chat ended again and says go back to the first attempt.

It is completely deadlock. I am not sure if I would be getting the earnings I've made. I assume they would seize it because they'll say it was made from violations.

Has anyone's WhatsApp gotten banned along with their IG if they were in the same accounts center?

Like if your IG got hit by the ban wave, did your WhatsApp also get banned if it was in the same accounts center as your IG?

Instagram/FB account disabled out of nowhere, appeal filed 2 min later that I never submitted — Meta admits it looks like a hack but won't fix it. 12+ days, zero human help.

Posting this because I've spent the last two weeks completely stuck and I'm hoping someone here has been through this or knows how to actually get through to a human at Meta.

On August 6, my account got disabled with zero prior warnings, zero strikes. Two minutes after it was disabled, an appeal was filed on the account — an appeal I never submitted. The appeal got denied for being "underage," which makes no sense since I'm obviously not.

Fast forward through 12 days of trying to reach a human (had to use a second account just to open support cases), two case numbers, and endless generic copy-paste responses about "grave violations" with zero specifics or evidence given.

Today I finally got a real support agent (Miguel) on the phone. He told me flat out that the only way that appeal could've been triggered is if someone actively clicked it — meaning someone else accessed my account. He also thinks whoever did it changed my birthdate/age on the account to get it flagged and disabled. He transferred me to a "hacking specialist"... and then the chat just dropped. No follow-up since.

This account is literally how I make my living — client contacts, work history, years of content, all gone. I know I didn't violate anything. And Meta's own agent basically confirmed it looks like unauthorized access, yet there's still "no way" to fix it per their own canned response.

Has anyone actually gotten a hacked/wrongfully disabled account back? Is there a specific escalation path, a real email, anything that's worked? Also looking into small claims court in FL — anyone done that against Meta?

Any advice appreciated, I'm losing my mind over this.

For some reason facebook decided to suspend my account and i tried to appeal by first doing the video selfie and before i could even send a picture of my id they decided to permanently ban my account. That business page of mine was already quite big so starting from scratch could cause a financial problem.

FTC — ReportFraud:

https://reportfraud.ftc.gov/

My mom's facebook account suddenly got temporarily disabled without reason

I got a text from my sister, saying that my mom's facebook account got suspended, temporarily disabled. We panicked because that account held about 2 decades worth of family photos unfortunately, we're trying to recover it now but my mom didn't have her gmail connected to her facebook account, and facebook's saying we have to log in to appeal to it, but it's getting frustrating because it's not letting us log in in the first place so we can't appeal.

Is there any way around this? Grateful for any help.

Backup your FB data

If you have 10/20 years of memories on FB with your photos and videos, start doing your backup now. You won't know when META AI is going to suspend or permanently disabled your account.

Sent your photos/videos to Google Photo. Select and authorise access to your Google Drive. Next, select the albums you want to send to Google Drive.

If you have lots of photos and videos, it will take sometime to prepare data, and take some time for them to show up in your Google photos.

Continue Small Claims after Account Reinstatement

I’m currently in the process of suing meta in small claims with an October court date. Let’s say theoretically if Facebook decides to reinstate the account before the court date. Would it also be a good idea to continue suing for monetary damages even if they decide to reinstate the account? Suing for the monetary damages loss during the account disablement.

Trapped in Meta’s impossible support loop: Overturned violation still penalizing my account (w/ receipts from their broken AI assistant)

I wanted to share my ongoing nightmare with Meta Support to see if anyone has found a workaround, and to document how broken Meta’s automated moderation and support pipeline really is.

1. The Initial False Flag & Instant Appeal

  • Automated moderation wrongfully flagged and removed a standard post on my page.
  • I appealed immediately. On the exact same day, Meta reviewed the appeal, admitted in writing that their technology made a mistake, and marked the post restored.

2. The Ghost Penalty & Un-Appealable Loop Despite officially restoring the post, Meta’s backend system never cleared the underlying enforcement flag:

  • My account has been restricted and flagged as "Not Recommended" for over two full months.
  • Meanwhile, my public frontend (Account Status, Business Suite, and Support Inbox) all display "0 Violations / No Issues" with clean checkmarks.
  • Because the UI shows zero violations, no "Request Review" or "Appeal" button renders on my screen. I am completely locked out of appealing a penalty that shouldn't exist.

3. The Support Merry-Go-Round When trying to contact support to request a simple backend status refresh, I was hit with endless deflections:

  • The Paywall Push: Frontline agents repeatedly told me they couldn't help and instructed me to pay $11.99/month for Meta Verified just to reach another team.
  • The Missing Payment Macro: Payments Support saw an ad account had no card attached and insisted my entire monetization issue was just a missing ad payment method.
  • The Door-Slam Macro: Multiple agents closed tickets within minutes using canned templates stating they "cannot take further action on policy issues."

4. The AI Diagnostic Broke Character and Confirmed the Bug While running diagnostic steps in the Meta AI business support chat, the bot glitched out, printed raw JSON code on screen, and generated an official "Internal Profile Status: Backend Sync Error" diagnostic card:

  • It confirmed that active internal backend "Access Blocks" exist on my account.
  • It explicitly classified them as "orphaned blocks."
  • It formally stated in writing: "The user interface is currently failing to render active enforcements, which is preventing you from accessing standard appeal options."

5. The Ultimate Support Logic Failure After showing this diagnostic to support, a representative from the "Pro Team" responded with this unbelievable contradiction:

>

They admitted the post was restored after review, yet are forcing the account to serve out a 90-day penalty regardless.

Has anyone else dealt with orphaned access blocks after a successful appeal, or found a way to force a backend cache refresh without waiting out a 90-day automated timer?

What can I do? (Instagram)

What can I do?

Been disabled since December for cse which is a gross false accusation and want my account back. I did the face scan appeal when it first happened and nothing after because I assumed I would be reinstated because I knew that their decision was false (at first it was a no warning permanent suspension in June and then I heard nothing until December when I logged in and found it was permanently disabled). I then in December emailed a bunch of times at their meta and supports emails and never heard anything.

I don’t know what other path I can take besides the legal route but that’s very costly, I’ve heard contacting my state attorney general can help but how often does that work? When this happened I did download my information and that’s the only email or message I ever received from meta. How do I go about getting this account back cuz it’s been over a year and I’m starting to get very very very very very angry.

I still do have my Facebook of 10 years but I’m worried if I try to use meta verified to get my Instagram back they will see that i am the same the person and then ban my Facebook.

After over 2 months, I finally got my accounts back

My main account was suspended for CSE, while my other account was disabled for an integrity violation. After that, I made a new email and created two new accounts, but they both got suspended almost immediately, probably just minutes apart.

Today, I got emails from Instagram saying they reviewed the two new accounts and found no issues. I then checked my main account and, surprisingly, it was back too. I didn’t get any email from Instagram about my main account, though.
I’m not really sure what I should do now.

Should I just leave everything as it is for now and avoid making any changes?
