I took my car into my apartment parking lot for first time. It was a tight one. While I was backing in, i heard a scratching sound. I had a good space on the side. But the protrusion at the bottom of the door(the black accent) was not visible in the mirror. My heart stopped for a minute. I stepped out and saw this. I couldn’t digest what had just happened. The sharp part got shaved. My heart aches right now.

Should I get it replaced? It’s been barely 20 days since I bought the car.
