PSA: PGINVIT Dividend Could Go Down to 9-10% on Next FY

Hi Everyone,

I could see lot of PGINVIT recommendations on the sub for the last few days. Many assume that the Rs.12 dividend is assured forever. For the last few years and current financial year, PGINVIT able to provide Rs.12 dividend per year.

During the last AGM call's Q&A session, the management confirmed that the dividend will go down to Rs.9-10 if there are no new assets are added within this FY. As PSU, they may not work hard like INDIGRID to add additional asset during this year as well. So, factor in the risk while you are buying the PGINVIT

Looking for Suggestions From Doctors and New Parents to Choose between PHC Vaccines and Private Hospital Vaccines

Hi Everyone,

We are blessed with a boy recently and we have to start with the vaccination schedule for him soon. I have been reading about the vaccination schedules and trying to decide between the government run Primary Healthcare Centers (PHC) and private hospitals.

Here are some snippets I have read from ChatGPT. Interestingly, the PHC vaccine version seems to be more effective and long lasting. If cost is not a concern, which would be the best option for our kid.

PHC provides variety of wP vaccines and private hospitals provide variety of aP vaccines which provides little comfort to the kid than the wP versions.

Looking forward for the suggestion from the doctors and fellow parents here.
