


I’ve been hitting legs for a couple of months now and I’m noticing that my right quad doesn’t have as much mass on that outer insertion, even though the inner part looks symmetric. I’ve started doing more single leg workouts to focus on that right quad but I’m wondering if it’ll stay that way, or if there’s a great exercise to target that outer quad. A possible cause could be that I used to hurdle and pole vault, and I always jumped off of my left leg.
