After beating them I don’t get drops and one of a few things happen. They just respawn, they disappear but the tracker will still show the current location, the battle music remains and I can target but visually nothing is there or they phase in and out of existence in their fluffball form. Best case scenario in any given set of 3 or 4, I’ll get the loot from one of them but not the others. Was happening on ps5 all day, now I’m at work (just checking 🤫) on my iPad and it’s still happening.
