No judgement at all! But how organized are you as a leader? Are you go with the flow or more structured and organized. What are your personal troop document and tracking habits? Eg. how do you track attendance, do you have specific ways of logging and tracking if parents turn in needed forms and documents or logging any confirmed parent volunteer roles. Do you plan each meeting carefully? Do you organize your Kaper chart mindfully and actually allow girls to do those jobs etc? Give me all the details!
