I'm a small startup SaaS, one man operation, up to $3,800/mo in MRR. I had a customer not recognize the charge to my product and dispute two payments. I know this customer, so I personally called her and discussed the situation. She absolutely apologized all over herself and said she was going to let the bank know that it was not a fraudulent charge. I submitted a dispute through Stripe with tons of documentation, including emails that said she was sorry and did not mean to cause an issue. I also have all kinds of records of her using the tool and talking about how much she loves the tool.
After just a couple of days, Bank of America has upheld the dispute and says it's fraud. Who can I contact at Bank of America? I provided services at $199 a month for two months (which their customer asked for and used), then showed them where I did, and now I'm out $400 plus fees!
