Has anyone gone through a claim for their Z Fold 7 with Protection 360? I had an accident today and got a relatively deep scratch on the front screen. I was working on filing a claim and the deductible is $190. Has anyone had experience with this? Are they going to repair it or send me a new phone? I'd really prefer it be repaired if possible.

Also, any tips to fix a deep scratch on the front screen if I don't go through the claim?
