Another question about dose increase
I know this has been discussed at length but I’m struggling to see anyone in my exact scenario.
I started on 50mg 9 weeks ago. It was a living hell for 7 of those weeks, with major depression and anxiety like I’d never felt before. Intrusive thoughts (which I’d never struggled with prior) got out of hand. Then almost overnight the panic attacks and depression went away, I feel much more like my old self but probably not hugely better than beforehand - and now I also have the fun of weeks of intrusive thoughts to deal with and lots of triggers I never used to have.
The doctor is keen on increasing to 75mg. I’ve only just got back to a stage where I can function as a human (work, live my life) and am worried upping the dose is going to send me back to the depths of despair that I’ve been in for the last couple of months. I have too much on at work etc to take weeks off because I can’t leave the house.
What say ye? Has anyone been through this and was it as bad upping the dose?
