Anyone know what this is?

Hello everyone, my dog has this pink bump on her private part. We’ve only noticed it today after seeing clear discharge leaking from her. She is acting normal. Has anyone’s dog had this issue before and is the bump and discharge related?

She is an American staffy, 2 years old and not desexed.
