I'm looking for some sight words practice resources for my 5 year old. Ideally something free/affordable that she can practice alone sometimes using an ipad, and some worksheets I can print. Any recommendations?
I've been dealing with occasional nerve pain and tingling sensation in my legs (like pins and needles feeling, along with dull aches), it's been affecting my mobility and sleep. I'm doing physical therapy but I just started 2 weeks ago, so it hasn't really improved my pain. My therapist said I should try adding cbd oil into my routine, might help to ease the pain.
Does anyone here have any experience with cbd use for nerve pain/similar pain? what's your routine like and what kind of cbd did you use? I'm new to this so any tips would be appreciated.
