I need a calculated field for a Change Job Condition rule that shows the management level of the manager, regardless of whether the manager is assigned through a primary or additional position.

The field should reference the management level of the position tied to the manager role, not just the employee’s primary position.

Has anyone implemented something similar or found a reliable way to pull the manager’s position management level dynamically in Business Rules?
