Deciphering whether i have pelvic floor isssues or a stricture

Ive never had any physical trauma to my genitalia but in 2020 i had a very painful infection either in my bladder or penis, not sure what it was, but eventually it got treated, but ever since then ive had rather uncomfortable urination with some bladder uncomfort and a stinging at the tip of my penis, the stinging completely goes after urination and only happens during, sometimes it can feel inflamed or hurt a bit more if i go for a number 2 then urinate. It doesnt hurt at all to press down on my urethra at any part, which i figured perhaps with a stricture i could maybe decipher where it would be by doing that, but again no pain when pressing down on urethra. I dont masturbate but theres been few times where ive had a wet dream in the past and ive had a really immense burning in the bladder area and the penis which lasts about an hour afterwards. I should also mention my urination flow and strength is pretty normal id say, and there is no split stream, and most times i do feel as if all urine is release and none is held back. And so for the past few years i sorta self diagnosed myself with a urethral stricture, but perhaps i was ignorant. During the first couple years of this mystery pain, i was going doctors and urologist all the time, and nothing helped because they were under the impression it was strictly a penile problem, so i was given all sorts of creams and so on, eventually i was so tired of none of it working i just went with the roll, 2023-2025 the pain was very minimal and i sort of just subsided it from my conscience and got used to it, but not this year my minds sprung back to it and for the past month or so its all ive been thinking about and its really making me depressed as i just want it gone. i only just recently discovered chronic pelvic floor pain like a month ago and everything seems to align with my condition and im hoping so because id much rather it be the case than a stricture as ive heard the process of eliminating a stricture is all over the place in terms of success rate and the overall procedure itself, its just bewildering to me that the pelvic floor is able to cause this pain for this long (5 years pretty much) anyway im going to the doctors soon so hopefully i can get my long awaited question answered, just posting on here in case anyone can possible help me decipher whats most likely the case
