If so, is there a good place to find groups? The OW discords I'm in seem to be mostly for regular competitive.

I wonder if changes to the base game will still translate to changes in stadium going forward? If so, then we will likely still see stadium updates every patch in addition to the stadium rebalancing they promised.

I've been experimenting with a hybrid WP/AP Moira build that's focused on maximizing CC.

Right now I'm running Multiball to spread Cyber Venom and Liquid Nitrogen, along with Chain Grasp + Weapon Jammer to slow enemy attack speed.

My biggest question is whether Weapon Jammer actually applies to every target hit by Chain Grasp, or only the primary target. If it doesn't spread, I'm not sure it's worth the investment since it only reduces bonus attack speed anyway. Like a lot of Stadium interactions, it's really hard to tell how certain items and powers actually work together.

Has anyone tested this? Is Weapon Jammer generally worth running, or is it mostly a niche pickup into attack-speed-heavy comps?

Another interaction I'm curious about is Ethereal Excision + Chain Grasp + Multiball. If multiple enemies are being damaged by the orbs, does Chain Grasp crit every affected target, or only the main one?
