Hello guys. I just wanna be real here for a second. If you were able to quit just through using app/browser blockers or improving your habits, you have it insanly easy, and your input is not very valuable to guys who have it much worse. If you have it much worse and weren't able to quit, your input is also not too useful. I am at the point where I have no idea what to do, and there's not a single advice that actually helps, that I can find.
I'm currently researching medication, eg anti-opioids without giving specific names, or even SSRIs, just anything to really stunt my libido, or even stronger medical solutions. Wouldn't advice it for anyone, but wanna hear your input or your research on the topic, if you have any.
Need some input from people who have an actual struggle, and who went out to do proper research on the topic.
